Robin Mansveld

This horse-centered practice offers training and hoof care for owners seeking a more thoughtful, lasting partnership with their horses. Guided by Robin’s passion for understanding horses, its approach considers the animal as a whole, including movement, behavior, living conditions, and everyday handling. Rather than pursuing quick fixes, the work aims for sustainable changes suited to each horse and owner.

Training is tailored to the individual horse and informed by biomechanics. Through groundwork and in-hand work, Robin helps address physical challenges such as asymmetry and mental challenges such as tension, while developing conscious movement, communication, and learning together.

Hoof care is treated as part of overall wellbeing, not as an isolated task. During trimming, attention extends beyond the hoof to how the horse moves, lives, and uses its body. The goal is a functional hoof that can do its job, rather than simply one that looks ideal by a preset standard.
