Roboodt

Roboodt Atelier is an art and craft studio creating individually made memorial works and objects. Its practice centres on funeral art, including urns, grave monuments and commemorative sculptures, designed to honour and remember loved ones. The atelier works primarily with lead, glass, slate and copper, using these materials to shape distinctive pieces with a strong artistic character.

Its offering includes finished works available in stock, as well as commissioned projects tailored to individual requests. Visitors can also explore prototypes, preliminary sketches and works in progress, providing insight into the creative process behind each piece. Beyond memorial art, Roboodt Atelier presents free-standing artworks, image mirrors and ornaments, with selected pieces available for purchase.

The studio also makes custom cabinets and relationship gifts. Alongside its visual art practice, Roboodt writes for pleasure and shares writing through a blog. The website features information about the atelier, the artist’s curriculum vitae and publications, as well as updates on new work and exhibitions
