Rocha Retrievers is a family-run kennel in Turlock, California, specializing in American Labrador Retrievers and personalized dog training. Since 2008, the business has bred field-bred Labradors and trained them, along with dogs of other breeds, to develop their abilities at home and in the field.

The kennel offers limited annual litters of black and Fox Red Labrador puppies, selected from proven field bloodlines for drive, hunting instinct, temperament, health, and appearance. Its Labradors are described as OFA certified for eyes, elbows, and hips, and DNA tested for more than 200 genetic diseases.

Training services include obedience and gun dog training, with HeadStart, private, and board-and-train programs tailored to each dog and owner’s goals. Rocha Retrievers aims to develop confident, obedient family companions as well as capable hunting dogs, while helping dogs and their handlers work effectively as a team. Customer accounts describe dogs that combine strong field performance with calm, reliable behavior at home.
