About Rock Learning
Rock Learning is a recognized provider of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the only one in Gibraltar. Founded in 2015 by Jo and Emma, their mission is to help companies improve their performance by focusing on behaviors that can be changed through training. They offer a variety of practical and interactive workshops, including the ILM-accredited Leadership Development Programme.
All their workshops are designed to motivate participants and encourage them to analyze and reflect on their behaviors and the behaviors of others. Rock Learning also offers accreditation from the ILM, the leading training provider in the UK. In addition, they organize specialist courses not previously available in Gibraltar, bringing expert trainers from abroad to save time and money for local companies.
