Rock Paper Scissors I

Rock Paper Scissors Inc. helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams make their work more effective and meaningful through engaging learning and development. Led by Lee-Anne Ragan, the organization draws on more than 30 years of experience working with over 50,000 people in more than 150 countries, including staff from UN agencies, the Red Cross, embassies, and other organizations. Its approach combines practical methods with storytelling, humour, and a focus on inclusion and shared humanity.

Services include interactive workshops and training for teams, as well as support for people who design and deliver courses. The Transformative Trainers Academy offers frameworks, practical resources, expert feedback, and a peer community to help trainers create impactful learning experiences. Rock Paper Scissors also hosts the online Learning and Development Roundtable, with monthly workshops and a resource archive. Additional offerings include the Life Lenses® self-assessment, online courses such as How to Ban Boring Online Meetings, and a library of free worksheets, checklists, and tools. Its aim is to strengthen communication, collaboration, and lasting change at work.
