Rock Valley

Rock Valley Climbing (RVC) is an indoor climbing and fitness facility focused on helping people of all ages and abilities build skills, confidence, and community. Its welcoming environment features a variety of climbing routes designed to challenge beginners and experienced climbers alike. Climbing offers opportunities to develop strength, stamina, fitness, and problem-solving skills, while providing an engaging alternative to a conventional gym workout.

RVC offers family-friendly climbing, with starter packs that include shoes, harnesses, and expert guidance. Climbers can also take an introductory belay course, a concise session covering how to manage a safety rope, or join bouldering workshops to work through techniques and challenging moves. For young climbers, the RVC Club provides beginner sessions and coaching from Monday to Saturday. The RVC Elite team supports committed athletes preparing for provincial and national competitions, while the broader kids’ programs nurture developing talent. The schedule also includes ladies’ fitness, kettlebell training, and flexibility classes. Walk-in customers are welcome, and memberships are available.
