Rocky Fit

Rocky Fit is a kickboxing and training provider based in Zutphen, serving individuals, businesses, and care organisations in the city and surrounding municipalities. Its workouts use kickboxing as the foundation for full-body exercise, helping participants develop fitness, endurance, reflexes, and strength while also building confidence, assertiveness, and emotional resilience. The gym welcomes people of different ages, fitness levels, lifestyles, and backgrounds.

Rocky Fit offers one-to-one personal training, small-group sessions, and group classes six days a week. Classes include training with or without sparring, using punching bags and pads; sparring is conducted with professional guidance and an emphasis on safety. The organisation also provides aggression regulation and resilience training for young people and adults, supporting skills such as managing anger, responding calmly under pressure, and developing discipline. Its Zutphen facility accommodates care providers and clients, with private space for training and discussion, and also hosts daytime activities for young people and adults working to regain direction in life. Rocky Fit invites prospective members to book a trial lesson.
