Rocky Ridge Whitetails is a family-owned deer breeding operation in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, established in 1997. Owners John Ervin and Mary Ann Stoltzfus work full-time to improve their herd through genetic selection, with attention to antler size and characteristics, herd health, codon markers, and 50K GEBV in their DNA. The farm raises typical and nontypical whitetails and reports receiving more than 100 awards in antler-scoring contests organized by the Deer Breeders Cooperative and the North American Deer Farmers Association.
Its achievements include raising world-record yearling and three-year-old whitetail bucks. Rocky Ridge Whitetails offers breeder bucks and whitetail does, including doe fawns, open does, and bred does. Its does are DNA-pedigreed and registered with the North American Deer Registry, and the farm highlights its proven anchor does and detailed pedigree records.
In 2015, it completed six-generation DNA registration forms and verification certificates for 63 deer. Prospective buyers can explore its animals and contact the farm for more information
