RODIA is a Black-woman-owned consulting collaborative established in 2014 and certified as a Business Enterprise in the District of Columbia. Its team brings together community advocates, organizers, researchers, and thought leaders to help advance equity and strengthen public services. RODIA works with government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses, partnering with clients to develop strategies and practical, scalable solutions that respond to the needs of the communities and consumers they serve.

The firm connects evidence-based research with on-the-ground implementation, supporting programming, strategy development, and evaluation focused on health and well-being. Its community-participatory approach emphasizes research, outreach, dialogue, innovation, and advocacy, with meaningful involvement from people most affected by the issues being addressed. Services include community engagement support, qualitative and quantitative mixed-methods research, data analysis and dissemination, group facilitation, interviews, and training and technical assistance. RODIA also provides strategic planning to help organizations clarify goals, improve processes, and align their work with their values and mission. Through multi-sector collaboration, it seeks to inform policy and resource decisions and support community-driven initiatives.
