Rodinná historie

Rodinná historie: Rodokmeny a příběhy is a genealogy education project led by Eva Karina Brožová, who shares her experience to help people investigate their ancestry and preserve family stories. It presents family-history research as both a practical way to build a family tree and an opportunity to understand the lives, relationships, and patterns that connect generations.

The project offers online courses and short courses on researching digitized parish registers, reading Kurrent handwriting, interpreting historical records, and using digital tools and AI in genealogical research. Its resources include instructional videos, presentations, study documents, practical examples, and bonus materials. The eBook Jak efektivně vytvořit rodokmen introduces useful sources and methods for building a family tree, while the illustrated Vzpomínkový průvodce provides 45 questions to support conversations with relatives and gather material for a family chronicle. A free introductory eBook and other free resources are also available. Gift vouchers allow recipients to choose courses or eBooks. Through its educational content, blog, and webinars, the project supports beginners and developing family-history researchers.
