Rønde Karateklub

Rønde Karateklub is a community karate club in Rønde, Denmark, established in 1994. Based at Spejlsalen in Rønde Idrætscenter, the club teaches traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu karate, a classical style originating on Japan’s Okinawa island. Its training welcomes beginners as well as intermediate and advanced students, with children, young people and adults taking part. Children and adults can train in the same sessions, grouped by belt level, and instructors aim to provide focused coaching for both age groups.

The club holds regular training three days a week, including dedicated beginner and advanced sessions and a Friday free-training session. Members practise karate techniques, build fitness and work toward belt gradings. New members are accepted throughout the year, and adults may join alongside their children.

Beyond regular classes, Rønde Karateklub offers a welcoming social environment, with children’s and youth weekends, adult events and seasonal celebrations. The club also participates in national training camps, invites experienced Danish instructors to teach, and collaborates with other Jutland karate clubs.
