About Roestcoffee
Roestcoffee | Oslo is a Norwegian start-up that is revolutionizing the coffee industry. Established in 2014, our dedicated team is committed to developing innovative products that enhance coffee quality and workflow efficiency. Our current portfolio includes two AI-powered hybrid coffee roaster models.
The award-winning Roest Sample Roaster has even helped coffee enthusiasts excel in the World Coffee Championships. With over 1000 sold roasters to more than 80 countries worldwide since 2018, our impact is truly global. We are constantly pushing boundaries and seeking new ways to incorporate technology into our roasters.
In 2023, we will launch a new production roaster catering to small to medium-sized roasteries. Our journey began when we showcased our master thesis results to industry experts Tim Wendelboe and Morten from Nordic Approach in 2013. They challenged us to create a superior sample roaster, and we have been exceeding expectations ever since.
