Roff Co Grounds Maintenance

Roff Co is a local commercial grounds maintenance contractor serving businesses and organisations across West Kent and East Sussex. The company works with business owners, facilities teams and property managers to care for sites ranging from individual commercial properties to multi-site portfolios. Its clients include healthcare providers, managed residential portfolios, industrial properties and other commercial or public organisations suited to its service area and operations.

Roff Co builds site-specific maintenance programmes around presentation, safety and budget priorities. Planned seasonal services include grass cutting, hedge and shrub maintenance, weed control and leaf clearance. The company can also assist with additional site works or connect clients with local contractors. Its approach is designed for working environments with employees, residents, patients, visitors and vehicles, where access and safety matter alongside appearance.

Contracts are scheduled in advance, with visits digitally recorded through photographs, service logs and operational notes. Roff Co highlights local crews, direct accountability, responsive communication and proactive issue reporting.
