Rogers Orchards, a family-owned business established in 1809, offers a rich history and a wide array of high-quality produce. Situated on 275 acres in Southington, Connecticut, this eco-certified farm cultivates 20 varieties of apples and 15 varieties of peaches, along with nectarines, apricots, plums, pumpkins, flowers, and herbs. Their fruits and vegetables are sold wholesale to supermarkets across the state.
In addition, Rogers Orchards operates two retail salesrooms, where customers can find their famous apple cider donuts, pies, and locally grown vegetables, among other specialty food items. Visitors can also indulge in the delightful experience of picking their own produce during the fall weekends. With a legacy that spans over 200 years, the Rogers and Merriman families have fostered a strong sense of community, employing generations of local residents and welcoming hardworking individuals from various backgrounds.
