Rok

Rok is a renowned brand that has played a crucial role in transforming Miami, Florida into a thriving hub of commerce and the arts. The brand's journey began with Natan Rok, an immigrant from Cuba who arrived in Miami in 1964. Starting with a small retail business on Flagler Street, Natan and his son Sergio envisioned the city's future potential and capitalized on it.

They expanded their business into a real estate empire centered around the heart of Miami. Rok is known for its innovative approach to modernization while preserving the unique character and historical charm of properties. They are pioneers in subdividing commercial properties into smaller retail spaces, a concept that defied predictions of failure.

Alongside real estate, Rok also acquired a controlling interest in Transatlantic Bank, growing its business and ultimately selling it off. Under Sergio Rok's leadership, Rok Enterprises continues to flourish, building an impressive portfolio of properties. Sergio's reputation for real estate prowess and business acumen has made him a heavyweight in the industry.

In 2009, Rok Acquisitions was established to pursue new real estate opportunities. Rok Enterprises is a well-capitalized real estate investment group with over 40 years of experience. Their diverse portfolio encompasses commercial and retail spaces, multi-family properties, storage facilities, historic buildings, and development projects.

Rok Enterprises excels in underwriting complex transactions and prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of quality in every aspect of operation. Additionally, Rok offers lending services as a licensed private lender in Miami. Their family-operated and family-funded business provides a reliable source of funding for real estate ventures.

With a team of skilled and experienced professionals, Rok Enterprises is dedicated to consistent growth and success, making them a reputable name in the industry
