About Rokkedahl
Rokkedahl is more than just a farm - it's a vision for a better future for us, our animals, and the community around us. Established in 1963 as a North Jutland family farm, Rokkedahl has grown to encompass chicken farming, crop cultivation, sustainable energy solutions, and its own slaughterhouse. At Rokkedahl, we prioritize animal welfare, sustainability, and quality in everything we do.
Our chicken farming practices stand out for their commitment to ethical treatment and environmental consciousness. We offer different types of chickens, including organic and free-range, that enjoy significantly more space and longer lives than conventional breeds. Our chicken coops are eco-friendly, heated with 100% green wind energy.
Visit us during our open barn days to see firsthand how we raise our chickens. Experience their freedom to roam, sand bathe, and peck at the ground. Join us on the first Saturday of every month for a tour, conversation, and a glimpse into the Rokkedahl way of life. Contact us to book your visit and witness our commitment to quality and sustainability in action.
