Roks, the National Organisation for Women’s Shelters and Young Women's Shelters in Sweden, is the largest member organization for women's shelters in the country. With around 100 shelters under its umbrella, Roks strives to protect the common interests of these shelters in their fight against male violence towards women. As a feminist organization, Roks works towards women's and young women's rights, liberation, and equality on all levels.

Each shelter within Roks operates independently with its own unique working methods, but they all have an emergency helpline where women and young women can seek support anonymously. The shelters offer a range of services tailored to individual needs, including counseling, legal advice, and assistance with police reports or custody disputes. Many shelters also provide sheltered housing for women and their children.

Roks also has approximately 30 young women's shelters, which support younger women who have experienced threats, abuse, or the need for someone to talk to. The organization actively raises awareness about the living conditions of these young women.
