About Roll Out PTSD
Roll Out PTSD is a brand dedicated to providing support, healing, and a sense of purpose to veterans and civilians living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Founded by Michael Ledford, a combat veteran himself, Roll Out PTSD aims to create a community where individuals can feel welcomed, loved, and part of a family once again. Their program incorporates a range of activities and experiences in Puerto Rico, guided by mental health professionals, sports experts, and artists.
Participants engage in counseling, volunteering, and exciting adventures to rediscover their sense of purpose. By collaborating with local providers and professionals, Roll Out PTSD offers healing events such as hiking, kayaking, surfing, equine-assisted therapy, as well as well-being activities like yoga and nutritious cuisine. Their mission is to bring awareness to PTSD and provide a space where individuals can heal with a purpose.
