About Feminist Collective of Romani Gender Experts
The Feminist Collective of Romani Gender Experts is a transnational network of Romani women dedicated to empowering their peers through networking, knowledge sharing, and professional capacity building. The Collective was formed after recognizing the inequality Roma women face in employment opportunities related to gender equality. They provide a safe space for Roma women professionals to connect, offer consultancy services, and conduct training, research, and policy development to promote gender equality and combat discrimination.
By bridging the gap between Roma professionals and potential workplaces, they aim to amplify the voices of Roma women and drive positive change.
