De Neder-Germaanse Limes – UNESCO Werelderfgoed en ooit de noordgrens van het Romeinse Rijk – loopt dwars door Gelderland. Samen met musea, gemeenten, vrijwilligers, specialisten en ondernemers versterken we de verbinding tussen beleeflocaties, verhalen, vindplaatsen en publiek. Met nieuwe visualisaties, routes, tentoonstellingen en activiteiten brengen we met zijn allen de wereld van de Romeinen opnieuw tot leven. Samen bouwen we aan dé Romeinse regio van Nederland. Het programma 'Romeinen in Gelderland' is een opdracht van de Groene Metropoolregio, provincie Gelderland en gemeente Nijmegen en geeft uitvoering aan het Masterplan Romeins Verleden. Het programmateam wordt gefaciliteerd door Erfgoed Gelderland. Het programmateam staat onder leiding van Ilona Haas en bestaat uit Wouter Hinrichs, Lara Boon en Marieke van Bommel.
