Romerike Judoklubb

Romerike Judoklubb is a judo and martial arts club based at Åråsveien 16A in Kjeller, serving Lillestrøm and the wider Romerike area. Founded in 1970, the club welcomes participants from age four, from beginners to experienced competitors, and describes its training environment as safe, inclusive, and enjoyable. Its approach presents judo as more than a sport, emphasizing confidence, discipline, and respect both on and off the mat.

The club offers age-based classes for young children, children, teenagers, and adults, alongside sessions for parents, open-mat practice, technical and grading training, and combat training for participants aged 15 and over. Adult classes cater to all levels, while competition groups and recreational training provide options for different goals. Romerike Judoklubb says it has experienced, certified coaches and modern training facilities, and reports more than 100 active members. Prospective members are invited to try training for free. The club provides a weekly timetable and beginner information, and can be contacted by email or through Spond for club communications.
