About RONDA
RONDA is a hybrid training club opening in Cordón, Montevideo, at Constituyente 1875. Its approach combines strength training, running and conditioning in a system tailored to each person’s goals, starting point and recovery needs. Members receive an initial assessment of strength, capacity and mobility, followed by an individual plan that coaches adjust and track over time.
The club offers personalized programs for strength, metabolic conditioning, overall performance and HYROX preparation, alongside group HYROX and functional classes. Training can support goals ranging from building strength and improving fitness to returning to exercise or preparing to compete. RONDA is an Official HYROX Training Club, with facilities planned for running, strength work and functional stations, including rowing and SkiErg equipment.
Its services also include physiotherapy and recovery, nutrition support, and RONDA Data, a digital platform for plans, session bookings and progress metrics. RONDA offers group-class, individualized-program and combined membership options, with plans and prices provided to people who join its presale. The club is scheduled to open on November 2, 2026.
