Roabra is an online service that helps customers in Iran order products from Amazon’s US and UAE marketplaces, without needing a Visa or Mastercard. Customers can search by product name in Persian or English, or submit a product link, then pay online and receive their order at home. The service presents itself as a convenient, cost-conscious option for international shopping, with delivery time commitments and compensation for qualifying delays.

Orders are paid for in two installments: the product price is paid when placing the order, while shipping and related charges are settled when the goods arrive. Roabra also says it covers shipping or customs costs that exceed the amount quoted at checkout and offers delivery across Iran. Its catalog spans electronics and computers, phones and accessories, tools, clothing, shoes, watches, home and kitchen goods, beauty and personal care, books, musical equipment, automotive products, sports and travel gear, toys, and baby products
