Roomix is a digital workspace for interior designers, architects, and design studios, bringing project communication and coordination together in one place. Users can send clients a brief, collect preferences and references, and prepare a technical specification from their responses. Within each project, designers and clients can discuss ideas, share materials for approval, and leave comments directly on images, with approval records saved for later reference.

Roomix also supports day-to-day project management. Teams can assign tasks and deadlines, build estimates and furnishings lists, track purchasing, and export estimates or specifications to Excel. Designers can document site progress with photos and notes, organize files and documents, and create PDF reports. The platform offers team roles and project access controls, and contractors can be connected through separate subprojects. Client access is included in the designer’s plan.

Roomix works in a web browser on computers and phones, with an Android app available through Google Play.
