About NAMM Chocolate Factory
Roosiku Südames is a unique brand that combines organic and vegan principles with delicious chocolates and sweets. The story of our chocolate factory began in the year 1881 when the old Roosiku schoolhouse was built. After years of being abandoned, the schoolhouse became our home and the birthplace of our chocolate factory in 2015.
Today, this historic building not only serves as our production facility but also houses a charming chocolate and ice cream café. All Roosiku chocolates are proudly made in the picturesque Roosiku village in Võrumaa, following our exclusive recipes. Unlike the common misconception that raw chocolate is strong and bitter, we have crafted a range of products that defy this belief with their smoothness, silkiness, and delicate taste nuances.
