Roos Zwaans

Roos Zwaans offers yoga, workshops, circles, retreats, and rituals designed to support women through pregnancy, motherhood, and other stages of life. With an emphasis on women’s wisdom, relaxation, and connection to the body, Roos encourages participants to step out of their heads, reconnect with their own strength, and live from the heart. Her welcoming yurt in Zeeland, near Uden, provides a setting for these gatherings and activities.

The programme includes pregnancy yoga, regular yoga, a childbirth workshop for couples, and a one-day pregnancy retreat. Women can also join a women’s circle, a yoni steaming circle, or a Motherblessing ceremony. For new parents and their babies, Roos offers a Mama-Baby Circle and a ceremony for mothers after birth. These sessions and rituals are intended for women, mothers, and babies, including those still on the way. Roos Zwaans serves the Uden, Oss, Veghel, and Son region.
