RootstockCollective Token2049 🇸🇬

RootstockCollective is a community-owned decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on expanding Bitcoin’s utility through the Rootstock ecosystem. Rootstock combines Bitcoin’s security with the flexibility of the Ethereum Virtual Machine, while the Collective brings together people who want to support builders and shape ecosystem growth. Members can non-custodially stake RIF tokens, vote on proposals, and back projects they believe in. In return, eligible participants can earn rBTC and RIF rewards for their involvement.

The DAO connects builders with funding and a collaborative community through grants, incentives, mentorship, and ongoing rewards. It also provides opportunities for community members to support projects developing decentralized applications, protocols, and infrastructure on Bitcoin. Featured projects span decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, lending and liquidity tools, payment platforms, wallets, and other Web3 services. RootstockCollective presents itself as a transparent, community-led alternative to funding models where decisions are made solely by venture capital investors. Through governance, staking, and project support, it aims to encourage practical Bitcoin-based services and contribute to a broader circular Bitcoin economy.
