Operating on grants and donations, "Дорогою добра" relies heavily on public support to continue its mission of providing professional, systematic assistance and opening society's eyes to the rights and abilities of people with disabilities.

Over the years, "Дорогою добра" has expanded its services significantly, transitioning to remote programs during the pandemic, thus ensuring 70% of its clients continued to receive support. The organization offers training for medical students through its "Special Doctor" program, conducts inclusive summer camps, and operates workshops in various crafts. They have also taken steps to enhance social and educational inclusion, achieving recognition for their impactful initiatives aimed at fostering understanding and community among families of children with disabilities.
