Founded in 1900, Rosa Food Products is a renowned brand named after Giacomo Foti's wife, Rosa Foti. Initially, it was a small shop positioned at the corner of 13th and Federal Street in South Philadelphia, serving the local Italian community. They imported and sold authentic Italian foods, catering to the growing demand for their products.

By the 1930s, Rosa Food Products had established a warehouse with a range of products bearing the Rosa label. The business expanded further when Giacomo Foti and his son Leonardo started bottling cooking oils for private label and the Rita label. Eventually, Rosa Food Products evolved into a wholesale food distributor specializing in Italian foods.

Over time, they introduced new brands and products, including vinegar and mustard. In 1999, they relocated to Grays Ferry Avenue and built a state-of-the-art facility. Currently, as a fourth-generation family business, Rosa Food Products imports and distributes an extensive selection of items, including tomatoes, pasta, seafood, spices, and more.
