Rosanna Vicari is a wedding planner and event creator based in Sicily, where her work is inspired by the region’s locations, atmosphere and culture. Drawing on 25 years of experience in accounting, she brings a meticulous, detail-focused approach to creative event planning. Her aim is to shape each celebration around the couple, turning their ideas and personalities into a coherent, memorable experience.

Rosanna offers wedding planning, destination wedding and corporate event services, as well as decor, stationery, entertainment, catering and banqueting, and guest gifting. Her process follows three stages: getting to know the couple and understanding their wishes; designing a tailored concept, from venue and styling to flowers, food and guest experiences; and coordinating the event on the day. She oversees elements such as spaces, lighting, music, decorations, floral details and catering, providing a discreet, attentive presence throughout. With a focus on thoughtful planning and expressive design, Rosanna helps couples create bespoke wedding celebrations in Sicily, including luxury weddings for international couples.
