Technical Academy | Rosatom is an autonomous non-profit organization that specializes in providing additional professional education, professional retraining for leaders and specialists in the nuclear energy and industry, as well as personnel certification. As an educational and scientific-methodical center of Rosatom State Corporation, the organization ensures the safe use of atomic energy, control, state security, operational and supporting processes. It also operates the training anti-terrorism center for the protection of nuclear facilities and materials of Rosatom State Corporation, serving as an international education and methodological center for physical nuclear security.

The Technical Academy focuses on training specialists from CIS countries and other interested states in the areas of accounting, control, and physical protection of nuclear plants, detection of nuclear materials and radioactive substances, nuclear forensics, and response to nuclear incidents.
