Ros Begravelse

Ros Begravelse is an independent funeral service based in Roskilde, offering personal support to families across Zealand, Denmark. Founded in November 2025, the business was established after its founder spent nearly eight years working as a funeral director at Ørskov Begravelsesforretning in Holbæk, where they trained and qualified as an exam-certified funeral director. That experience includes helping around 1,000 families through bereavement.

The service emphasizes time, attentive guidance and close cooperation with each family, from the first conversation through the ceremony and beyond. Meetings can take place at home, in Roskilde or online, and can be arranged outside regular working hours when needed. Ros Begravelse assists with planning funerals and cremation ceremonies, including both religious and civil services, and advises on coffins, urns and flowers to suit personal wishes and budgets. It also coordinates with churches, chapels, crematoria and authorities, helps with required documents and formalities, and can apply for funeral assistance where eligible.
