Roster is a music royalty accounting software company serving record labels and music teams. Its platform brings distributor reports, artist splits and recoupable costs together, helping teams import royalty data, review balances and prepare clear statements for artists. Users can approve and share statements through artist portals, record collaborator shares with split sheets, and maintain a history of each royalty period.

Roster’s default label workspace has a $0 fixed base fee, no artist cap and no percentage charge on royalties. Usage-based processing applies after included allowances, while some specialist features require separate subscriptions. Additional tools support contract analysis, rights health checks and catalogue income modelling across platforms, territories and periods.

Roster also provides onboarding, product help and support chat. The software prepares accounting, statement and invoice records; labels remain responsible for paying artists, and the platform does not execute payouts.
