The two have worked together for 15 years, combining complementary expertise to support expectant parents and families from pregnancy through birth, the postnatal period, breastfeeding and recovery. Their approach brings together professional midwifery care, individual guidance and traditional knowledge, alongside complementary methods such as acupuncture and homeopathy.

Services before birth include pregnancy check-ups, help with pregnancy-related discomfort, birth preparation, partner-inclusive preparation, pregnancy yoga, individual breastfeeding preparation and acupuncture consultations. After birth, the practice offers home-based postnatal care, support during the early and later postpartum period, baby massage, recovery classes with children and yoga during recovery. It also provides a laser consultation service. Irina focuses particularly on yoga, movement, postnatal recovery and baby massage, while Julia specializes in pregnancy care and preparation for birth and the postpartum period. The midwives coordinate cover for one another to support continuity of care throughout each family’s journey.
