Rothesay Nursery School

Rothesay Nursery School is a preschool in Rothesay, New Brunswick, that has been educating young children since 1975. Its programs serve three- and four-year-olds and follow the New Brunswick curriculum, with developmentally appropriate learning at the center of the experience. Children are encouraged to explore classroom activity centres, learn through play and hands-on activities, and develop creativity, curiosity, and confidence in a caring environment.

The school’s curriculum also helps children become familiar with classroom routines and rules, use the preschool bathroom, and build independence as they transition from home to school. Rothesay Nursery School describes its setting as small and nurturing, and offers opportunities for parent involvement. Its website provides information about the facility, curriculum, age-specific programs, registration, fundraisers, and job postings, as well as a virtual tour and contact details for families. The school’s approach combines fun and learning while supporting children as they prepare for kindergarten and begin forming friendships and positive connections with their community.
