Later in 2012 Servier was added to its principals. In April 2014 Takeda decided to change their distributor in Iran and chose Rougine Darou as their new distributor in Iran and in 2016 LifeScan which is a Johnson and Johnson company, chose Rougine Darou as distributor. In 2017 Roche, Sanofi Pasteur chose Rougine Darou as their partner in Iran.
