Rouleur Oslo

Rouleur Oslo is a bar, clubhouse and creative meeting place in the St. Hanshaugen neighborhood, where cycling, sport, art and culture come together. Opened in 2015, it has grown into a gathering spot for local regulars and adventurous visitors from across the city. Its clubhouse hosts cycling and running communities, including Sankt Hanshaugen Løpeklubb, Skar SK, Valle Velo, Markagram and Dangerous Club, alongside cultural events such as book launches and record releases.

In 2025, Rouleur expanded into Atelier Rouleur, opening the former workshop premises as a larger venue for gatherings and activities. The workshop itself moved nearby to accommodate its need for more space. Rouleur also offers a workshop and rental service, as well as a store. Art is an integral part of the atmosphere: photographs by founder Alexander Kloster-Jensen and artist Behzad Farazollahi have helped shape the bar’s identity since its opening. Based at Ullevålsveien 16A in Oslo, Rouleur invites guests to visit, connect and join group rides through ROSL Club on Strava.
