Visitors can explore a wide-ranging program that includes rides, festivals, talks, art installations, films, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. Featured initiatives include the Route 66 Pathway Project, an interactive multimedia map, and the Historic Preservation Toolkit, which supports efforts to maintain, restore, and reuse historic properties. The “I Am Route 66” project shares portraits and stories from people connected to the road.

The Commission also offers the Route 66 Centennial Birthday Party Club, with membership levels that include a monthly newsletter, digital screensavers and backgrounds, event information, insider news, and member benefits.
