Rouwmentor is the grief-support practice of Natalie Ahlers, a grief counselor who helps people navigate the impact of loss. Drawing on her own experiences of grief, Natalie offers personal guidance to those who have lost a loved one, said goodbye to a dream, or are struggling with a major life change. Her approach recognizes that every grief journey is unique, placing each person’s story at the center of a safe, practical and supportive process.

Through individual guidance, Rouwmentor helps clients work through grief, move beyond feeling stuck and regain a sense of direction and balance in life. The practice also offers Rust & Regie, a program designed to ease the administrative and practical burdens that can follow a loss, giving people more time and space for their emotional grieving. Prospective clients can arrange a free, no-obligation introductory meeting to see whether the support feels right for them. Rouwmentor serves clients from Wijk bij Duurstede and can be contacted by email or through its website.
