Sheila Rumble

Rowan Wellness is the healing practice of Sheila Rumble, offering hypnotherapy, breathwork, and somatic and spiritual support online and in person near Charlotte, North Carolina. The practice helps people work with persistent patterns, grief, emotional numbness, physical tension, relationship challenges, questions of purpose, spiritual transitions, and feelings of being ungrounded. Its approach brings together conversation, body awareness, breath, hypnosis, and guided inner work.

Sessions focus not only on understanding or releasing patterns, but also on integration and the choices that help clients respond differently when old patterns return. Offerings include individual hypnotherapy and somatic sessions, past life regression, and a weekly online breathwork and meditation circle. Rowan Wellness also provides a free Phase Assessment to help visitors identify where they may be in the process, along with resources such as Sheila’s book, Heal Thyself.

The practice presents its work as a way to help clients reconnect with their own inner resources, rather than rely on the practitioner, and notes that somatic work complements rather than replaces medical care
