Rowville Rockets is the community-based basketball club operated by Rowville Basketball Club Inc., serving children and young adults in Rowville and Lysterfield, Victoria. Founded in 1990, the volunteer-run club has grown from five teams to an average of 95 domestic teams across its summer and winter competitions, with more than 650 players participating in all grades. Teams compete through the Dandenong, Knox and Nunawading Basketball Associations, and the club also regularly enters annual tournaments, including the Eltham–Dandenong tournament and the Nunawading Spectres event.

The club offers domestic basketball for players from Under 8 through Under 23. Younger age groups play on Saturdays, while Under 18 and Under 23 teams play on Sunday afternoons. Basketball runs year-round across two seasons: winter in terms 2 and 3, and summer in terms 4 and 1. Teams train at Rowville Secondary College’s Eastern Campus, and games are held at Knox or Dandenong. Players and families can access registrations, fixtures, uniforms and merchandise, coaching resources, and club information.
