ROXNET-COM is an IT outsourcing and hosting provider serving businesses in Moldova. It manages company IT infrastructure, offering an alternative to maintaining an in-house IT department. Its services include administration of servers, networks, email systems, and workstations, as well as support for Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, storage, and corporate email.

For hosting needs, ROXNET-COM offers dedicated physical servers for rent, colocation for customers’ own equipment, and virtual private servers with configurable resources. Its data center is located in Moldova, allowing equipment and data to remain in the country. Hosting services include redundant power and network connections, server administration on request, snapshots, and backups.

The company also provides network setup, Wi-Fi and VPN configuration, availability monitoring, security audits, protection against spam and attacks, and incident recovery. Backup services cover servers and computers, with restoration checks. ROXNET-COM hosts and maintains websites and internal company services, and advises clients on software choices. Its engagement process begins with a discussion, followed by infrastructure assessment, a tailored proposal, and ongoing support.
