Royal Brains School (RBS) was founded on 10th May 2013 by James Mbiu and Gladys Mbiu. Initially starting with a Montessori setup at our Ruaka Campus, RBS catered to learners from Baby Class to PP2, with just three learners, three teachers, a driver, and a cook. Since then, our school has experienced remarkable growth and milestones.

We held our first Pre-School Graduation in 2014, inaugurated the Primary school section in 2015, and opened our second campus along the Eastern Bypass in 2019. In 2023, we introduced the Junior Secondary School section as we transitioned to a Competency-Based Curriculum. The vision of Royal Brains School is to transform children into creative, confident, and competent thinkers, innovators, scientists, creatives, artists, and industrialists of tomorrow.
