Du Royaume des Bouviers is a small dog-breeding business run by Rachel Durand in Saint-Hellier, Seine-Maritime, between Neufchâtel-en-Bray and Dieppe, about 50 kilometres from Rouen. The breeder offers English Springer Spaniel, Bernese Mountain Dog and Chihuahua puppies for adoption, including dogs suited to family life and hunting. The puppies grow up in the home with Rachel and her dogs, in an environment intended to support their well-being and early adjustment to family life.
Rachel’s background includes animal-care training at the Maison Familiale Rurale de Neufchâtel-en-Bray, a BEPA earned in 2018 and a vocational qualification in managing a canine and feline business in 2019. Puppies are registered with the French Kennel Club’s LOF, microchipped and dewormed, and come with a veterinary health certificate. They are vaccinated against distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and leptospirosis.
Their LOF-registered, confirmed parents are also part of the breeding programme. New owners receive an invoice and a puppy starter kit. The breeder serves Saint-Hellier and surrounding areas within 100 kilometres
