Kensho Wellbeing is a preventive medicine and wellness clinic serving the Truckee, Tahoe, and Reno communities. The clinic welcomes everyone from elite athletes to people seeking a deeper understanding of their health, and offers internal medicine, concierge medical care, urgent care, and women’s health services.

Kensho’s clinical services include metabolic testing, nutritional evaluations, continuous glucose monitoring, DEXA body-composition scans, VO2 max testing, and on-site blood testing with advanced biomarker assessments. Additional offerings include IV infusion therapy, platelet-rich plasma injections, and ketamine infusions and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. The clinic also provides physical therapy and personal training, with access to Camp 1 Fitness. Its Resilient Performance Method brings together multiple medical disciplines to help clients pursue their health goals. Urgent care is available to the Tahoe Basin. Kensho does not accept insurance, and appointments are recommended.
