Remuda Quarter Horse Association (RQHA) is a volunteer-supported, 501(c)(3) organization and American Quarter Horse Association affiliate serving West Texas. Its mission is to promote the preservation, development, education, and advancement of the American Quarter Horse while welcoming people who enjoy horses of all breeds.
