The Regionalverband für das Rheinische- und Bergische Land im Bund Deutscher Karneval e.V. (RRB) is a regional association based in Bergisch Gladbach, bringing together carnival societies across the Rheinisch-Bergischer and Oberbergischer districts and the former city of Porz. Its work focuses on preserving and developing local carnival traditions while helping member societies strengthen their activities and plan for the future.

The RRB supports clubs with guidance, opportunities to exchange experience, regional meetings, and networking with organizations, public authorities, and media. Member benefits include legal advice through the Bund Deutscher Karneval, reduced fees and insurance through GEMA and ARAG framework agreements, active youth protection, and access to information and online services for award applications. The association also promotes youth participation through activities such as youth dance and children’s carnival leadership, and recognizes contributions with regional and BDK honors, including the Löstiger Jeck.
