The Réseau pour la Réforme du Secteur de Sécurité et de la Justice (RRSSJ) is a collaborative platform dedicated to the transformation of security and justice frameworks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Established to advocate for a professional army and a police service that upholds human rights, RRSSJ engages various stakeholders to foster effective reforms within national security agencies.

RRSSJ's initiatives focus on enhancing urban security and public trust in the Congolese National Police through comprehensive studies and community forums. The network actively participates in monitoring security dynamics across various provinces, raising awareness of pressing issues, and promoting civil society's role in political accountability. Key activities include research, public advocacy, and capacity-building programs aimed at strengthening law enforcement and judicial integrity. Through its offices in numerous provinces, RRSSJ champions a vision of a secure, equitable society where citizens can thrive under the rule of law.
