Launched in 2014 with support from the Health Promotion Foundation, RSA comprises a diverse team of medical professionals and social workers, focusing on the health and well-being of individuals facing unintended pregnancies.

RSA’s services include medically supervised abortion options, such as medication and vacuum aspiration, ensuring adherence to health standards consistent with Thai laws and WHO guidelines. The organization aims to educate and empower women by offering comprehensive information on reproductive health, contraception, and safe pregnancy termination.

With a robust network of over 950 dedicated volunteers nationwide, RSA operates via RSA Online for 24/7 consultations, allowing individuals to calculate gestational age, discuss options, and schedule safe procedures. By connecting with healthcare providers across the country, RSA strives to reduce unauthorized and unsafe abortion practices while fostering an informed community surrounding reproductive health.
