The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Queensland (RSPCA Qld) is a premier animal welfare charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of domestic, farmed, and native animals across Queensland. Established in 1883, RSPCA Qld has been at the forefront of animal rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming for nearly 140 years, caring for approximately 45,000 animals each year. As a non-government charity, the organization relies on the generosity of the community, with 96% of its funding coming from donations.

RSPCA Qld operates multiple facilities, including ten Adoption Centres and specialized care for wildlife in Brisbane. They also provide essential services such as animal cruelty prosecution, public education on animal welfare, and various community engagement initiatives. Their commitment to saving and improving lives is embodied in their mission, "Together We Change Lives." Supporters can contribute through donations, volunteering, or participating in fundraising events, helping RSPCA Qld continue its vital work in animal protection and welfare.
